terms of service

Here is where you can find all the important rules for owning designs made by me. failure to follow them may result in a blacklist..!These are my general rules if you purchase from me. by buying you agree to these rules.

1. By purchasing my designs, you agree to my TOS.2. Do not delete the toyhouse profile of my designs.3. Baking out in the middle of a hold/payment plan. If you do, you will only receive warnings. 3+ warning will give you a cooldown on bidding/abing adopts! nothing major..!4. You may not apply your or anyone else's TOS over mine.5. You may redesign my designs, but make sure it is not too different from the original.6. Fursuits, cosplays, and vtuber models are ok! Go for it, I'd love to see..!7. I'm okay with co-owns.8. All of my designs come with commercial use.9. You can always offer OCs from my favorites, even if it's a BTA..!10. My commissions do not come with commercial use.11. You may color-pick from my designs, but please do not HEAVILY reference the design.12. I am ok with tracing, but please do not trace any of my YCHS or commissions..! I think tracing is a good practice, but please, please do not claim it as your own and go ahead and sell it.13. All updates made to this TOS apply to all designs owned before edits were made.

TRADING/SELLING RULES

1. If you would like to sell a design for more than what it was originally bought for, you must add art. Art obtained by raffle/art trades/free/gifts/events does not count! It must be made by you or commissioned by others.2. Raffle designs cannot be resold/traded unless you add art. ^3. AB passing my adopts doesn't add any value to the design.

REDEISGN RULES

1. Please do not claim to be a designer..!2. Keep the old design on the toyhouse.3. Small changes are perfectly fine. Just no huge/drastic differences4. If the design is POC, you aren't allowed to change the skin color; the same thing goes for designs resembling a sexuality. You are not allowed to change it.5. Do not edit my art in any way..! (unless you have asked me and have been given permission)6. Making alt forms is ok..! but it must stay on the same toyhouse profile.7. "Can you void a custom species design by me?" Yes..! I'm perfectly fine with that..!
